Our luxury fully refurbished 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath villa with games room, private pool and spa with south west views over conservation on gated resort community, less than 4 miles to Disney, close to Golf, Restaurants, shopping and waterpark - your ideal vacation home
Situated on the edge of this lovely community and enjoying private south-west facing views over water and conservation, our home offers a private oasis to relax when not seeing the sights of the area.
Fully refurbished with all new furniture and decor throughout. Outside the pool is newly resurfaced and tiled, we have added new furniture for relaxing and dining under the lanai. Stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Chosen for its large private pool, with in ground spa, which sits to the rear of the large pool area where there is plenty of space for loungers to enjoy the sunshine, and a water/conservation view.
If it gets too warm you can relax under the large covered lanai with ceiling fans to keep you cool. The newly installed outdoor furniture is super comfortable - you can enjoy chatting with friends and family, listening to music or watching the outdoor TV. The outdoor dining table with comfortable chairs gives extra seating and space to enjoy dining alfresco. Our large Gas BBQ (included in your rate) is set up as an outdoor kitchen for the Griller amongst you to cook up a tasty meal.
Inside you will find two sitting rooms:
The first one to the front of our home has a comfortable TV area and leads to the dining space, which is large enough to seat 12 people to enjoy meals together. There is a handy pass through to the kitchen too.
The second family room is to the rear - a large open light room with high vaulted ceiling. It has a fully equipped kitchen - with all new appliances and double door pantry fridge with drawer freezer. The new quartz large island with seating for 8 allows for casual dining or cooking up a feast - there are plenty of pots and pans, glasses and dinnerware, including outdoor unbreakable ones. You can relax in the spacious TV area or just gaze out at the lovely view over the pool to the water and conservation beyond.
All floor coverings in the home are either Luxury Vinyl Plank or Tile, giving a worry free stay from spills!
The bedrooms are very comfortable with luxury linens, new comfortable matresses and pillows, all with hypo-allergenic protective covers! Smart TVs to enable streaming or watch the many channels included with our ROKU links.
On the ground floor is the Tropical styled Master King room with view to the pool. There is a large walk in closet and spacious ensuite with private toilet, separate shower and soaker tub.
Upstairs, two further King rooms, ensuite with shower over tub. The first is a fresh tropical inspired 2nd Master King room with front and side facing windows to enjoy the morning sun, large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second is a King bedroom with ensuite, with sea/coral decor and soft teal green accents - this room enjoys views to the rear looking over the conservation.
Next for the young, or young at heart, are the 2 rooms with 2 x twin beds. These rooms share the family bathroom (tub with shower over). The Harry Potter Room is sure to be a great hit with guests of any age, and the seashore/ocean themed room is super cosy, both these rooms can be converted from twins to a king bed if required.
The 6th Bedroom with large window facing the front of our home, has its own ensuite, and styled in a relaxing Barn wood farmhouse style, this room is also flexible as it can be set as a King Bed or 2 x XL Twin beds, to give extra flexibility for the requirement of our guests.
If you are looking for further indoor entertainment, all TV’s are Smart, allowing you to stream from your own device, link to your favourite apps or play games. Then there is the games room – air conditioned for comfort – the pool table, foosball and air hockey will be a great hit with everyone.
Our home features Fast Fibre internet, house alarm, pool door alarms and pool safety fence if required.
Our home is kept to a high standard by our local management team, Sharon & Lee, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Your rental includes free fast secure wifi, USA/Canada calls.
- For the little ones we have a baby crib and highchair (2nd available) and stair gates - included.
- The house has a digital keypad front door lock - no messing with a lockbox and key.
- House Alarm, safe, and all doors to our pool area are alarmed for pool safety.
- If you require a food starter pack for your stay, please enquire.
- Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking. Please see the rates page for details.
- There is damage waiver cover added to every booking covers accidental damage during your stay covering up to $1,500.
- This is a no smoking home.
- Lead Guest must be age 25 minimum - ID and all guests names required when booking.
- No Party Groups or events of any kind are allowed.
- Our home is pet friendly - dogs only (Max 2) - by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 is payable. (thorough cleaning takes place after every pet stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without their furry family).
- Our driveway parks 2 cars, 3 further are allowed on the resort with an additional fee, please see the rates page for details. As part of your booking we include access for up to 2 cars.

Note: For the security of you and our home, this vacation home is equipped with 3 security cameras:

2. Camera facing driveway
3. Camera facing the pool equipment.
All cameras are activated by motion and records video and audio.For your privacy there are no cameras or video recorders located inside the home or on the pool area.
