  • Absolutely stunning villa !
    10/10 .
    Lovely bedrooms with an abundance of towels in bathrooms and so good to have many hangers in the closet ! Fab big bath in the master bedroom ?
    Ample crockery, dishes and plates and a great BBQ.
    Spotlessly clean and very spacious even for 10 adults.
    Best villa we have stayed in by far .....highly recommended!

  • Beautiful Villa, spotlessy clean, very well positioned on Emerald Estate. Great view from the pool. The Villa has everything you need, very well equipped. Definitely recommend, also great for larger families. First class management team , Sharon was very informative on everything you needed if any issues occurred. Lovely two weeks will definitely be back. Thank you.

  • We have a 2 week stay at this villa in July. I think we struck lucky with this one! The villa was clean and decorated to a high standard - everything you could need was there - this made the stay very comfortable and home from home. The outdoor area by the pool was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioned games room was good fun too.

    20mins to the park which was handy when coming home after a long day watching the fireworks - because we were so close we actually went back to see the fireworks some nights - something we haven’t done before at other villas.

    Would stay here again and book directly with the owners.
    Really enjoyed our stay - thank you for having us.

  • Staying at the Emerald Oasis was an absolute delight! The spacious vacation home offered everything we could have hoped for and more. The highlight was definitely the inviting pool, perfect for relaxing afternoons under the sun. The game room provided endless entertainment, while the BBQ grill allowed us to enjoy delicious meals outdoors. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed, each offering a cozy retreat after a day of fun. The large eat-in kitchen was a hub of activity, ideal for preparing meals and gathering together. Overall, our stay was memorable, offering both comfort and luxury in a stunning setting.

  • We stayed here for 6 nights in April & it wasn’t enough! The photographs of the property don’t do it justice, it’s a really lovely, comfortable, spacious property and it has best stocked kitchen equipment I’ve seen, everything we needed was there, which was such a pleasant surprise. The outdoor area was a huge factor in where we stayed & it certainly didn’t disappoint either. Pat, the owner made everything easy and was super responsive and helpful, as were the property maintenance people when we were out there & had to contact them. I can’t recommend staying here enough & will certainly look to book here again on another trip to Florida. It really was the perfect villa!

  • We enjoyed an extended stay at Emerald Oasis and it is an excellent holiday villa. Location is central to all theme parks, shops & excellent restaurants.
    The home is furnished to the highest standards both inside and out & is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your vacation!
    Cannot recommend highly enough and we’ve already booked our return visit.

  • Great overall feel. The kitchen, bedrooms, family/living room, pool area- were all well kept and made you feel like you could settle in comfortably and enjoy being at “home.” Pat was very responsive to any questions or items that came up. Would recommend and would also stay here again!

  • Having visited Florida for the past 20 years we have stayed in our fair share of villas and this was among one of the best. It was immaculately clean on arrival, had all the facilities we were hoping for. It has been recently updated and this is evident throughout with upscale furniture both inside and out and included a full alarm system. We requested pool and spa heat and have never had an in ground spa that actually feels like a stand alone hot tub until know, put the timer on, wait 15 minutes (always took a quick dip in the pool first) and it was fabulously hot. The resort itself was so close to Disneyworld we only needed to fill the car we hired as we were on the way back to the airport! The resort was beautifully maintained and gated for security with the team members very helpful. The communication with the owners was brilliant from start to finish , we will definitely book again. Thank you for helping make such a memorable holiday.

  • The Villa really is in the ideal location for the 192 and all it offers and is very convenient for Disney. The Villa was extremely well equipped, the beds super comfortable and very clean. My personal highlight was the pool, a calm oasis on a hectic family holiday! Would highly recommend.

  • This is the third different house we've stayed in while holidaying in Florida and it is by far the best, a fabulously beautiful and spotlessly clean home. From the moment we booked it, the whole process was seamless. As a self confessed pessimist I wondered was it too good to be true but I can honestly say that it exceeded all our expectations. The home is modern and spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and is supplied with everything you might need. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. The gated community is also maintained to the highest standard and the location is brilliant. It's less that a 10 minute drive to Walmart and the main restaurant area in Kissimmee, Disney is about 20 minutes in traffic and Universal is about 30 minutes. We even got a call from the management company on the 3rd day to ask if everything was ok. Without doubt this is a fabulously amazing home and I'd have no hesitation recommending it to everyone and anyone.

  • We spent 5 weeks staying in this Emerald Island home and it was fantastic. Furniture inside and out was if the highest quality and extremely comfortable. Kitchen equipment was plentiful and lots of additional touches like tea, coffee, sugar etc. Excellent privacy for multiple families living together!! We are returning later this year for 9 weeks! Cannot recommend highly enough!!

  • We were blessed with beautiful Florida weather and a spectacular house to enjoy during our vacation. The spacious house was meticulously clean and ready for guests. Everything we needed or would need was there for us. The pool was invitingly warm along with the hot tub that we relaxed in. We especially enjoyed spending time outside under the Lanai. It was the perfect spot for dining and visiting with friends who also loved our vacation home rental!
    We would highly recommend this home!
