We make every effort to provide our guests with as much information as possible. Good Customer Service is very important to us and we hope to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

How far away is Emerald Oasis from Walt Disney World?

We are less than a 4 mile (10 minutes) drive away from the entrance to the Walt Disney Resort! Staying at Emerald Oasis really makes sure you’re close to the heart of the Disney bubble!

What is included in my stay?

We supply you with everything you would need to use during your holiday:

• All bedding and towels, including pool towels, are provided
• Iron/ironing board and hair dryers.
• Fully equipped kitchen - everything a chef could need with upgraded appliances to include a new oven/cooker and fridge/freezer with ice maker. 
• All utensils, glass, plates etc in the kitchen including kettle, coffeemaker, microwave and toaster, etc.
• Starter pack of toilet and kitchen roll along with washer and dishwasher tablets. You will need to any additional laundry and dishwasher tablets, trash bags, food bags etc. 
• We have a baby crib, highchair and stair gate available. 
• Free high speed internet and full air-conditioning.
• Gas BBQ is provided free of charge for your stay.
• Smart TVs - You will need your own login for any subscription apps. 
• Pool door alarms and safety fence.

We have never booked a villa directly before how can we check everything is okay?

Your holiday is important to you (and to us!) and you're parting with your hard earned money so it's right to want to be sure that who you're booking with is who they say they are and the home is to the standard you deserve.

There are lots of things you can do to put your mind at rest:

• Check the owner has a Florida State License.
  - You can request their license number or a copy of the license itself
  - Check they exist on the portal - www.myfloridalicense.com
  - some owners' licenses are organised as a group through their Management Company
• Read reviews - look on social media sites, their website, and other advertised sites
• Ask questions - any decent owner will be happy to help and answer any questions you might have (we are!)

How far away is the Emerald Island clubhouse from the villa?

The clubhouse is a 19 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the villa. The walk to the clubhouse is well shaded with safe sidewalks all the way from the villa to the clubhouse.

Do you have a local management company close by?

Yes. Sharon and Lee from Homes of America are our 24/7 property managers and will look after you if any issues should arise during your stay.

Do I need car hire if staying at the villa?

Emerald Island Resort allows common ride sharing apps like Uber and Lyft to access the resort so you can have the convenience of being picked from your front door. However, to get the most out of your stay we would recommend you hiring a car to allow you the flexibility to travel wherever, whenever.

Can we have a early check in / late check out?

If we can accommodate a early check in or late check out we will always offer one. Unfortunately, if we have a guest due the same day it will be unavailable.
